following file formats are available : *PSD, *TIFF, *EPS, *AIS, *JPG, *GIF, *PGN,
BMP ( * Windows and Mac compatible versions)
- Transfer of Copyrights from Author to the
Buyer
- Full project transparency and working reports via
phpCollab - project site.
- Instant messaging and HelpDesk available for the
easy flow of communication.

Contractors must agree to the Terms and Conditions stated herein:
- Potentially interested costumers should send us a
detailed request, if possible with a detailed description of their requirements
first. inquiry
- Costumers may explicitely request us
to create a draft and/or rough proposal prior to hiring our services.
Steppingnet.com reserves the right to charge $ 5.- for this service, to be paid
immeadiately by the costumer. No refunds can be claimed
- Once that a contractor decides to hire us, a contract
must be initiated and legally created by way of transmitting a pre-payment of one
third (1/3) of the total project sum. This pre-payment serves as security and
provides us with a refund for our working efforts in cases where contractors
withdraw.
- All final Artwork is released for download after our
receipt of the outstanding balance
- We advice contractors to safe copies of their aquired
artwork on CD's or other storing devices
- There can be no later claims and complaints for refund
of money
- Steppingnet.com and Cigal.org are not liable to
disputes which could arise due to misuse of their created artwork
